Perfect Brow is a dual-ended brow pencil having a marble brow pencil on one end and a spoolie brush on the other for combing and blending. For well groomed, professional looking results.
Brush you brow hair up vertically with the spoolie end. Use
the point to define and shape the contour of your brows. Use
the wide part to fill in your brows using light movements from
the inside corner to the outside edge. Once brows are filled
in, blend with spoolie brush to achieve your desired look.
